Thịt ba chỉ đem rửa sạch, để ráo nước rồi cắt thành miếng mỏng vừa ăn. Sả, ớt sừng, hành tím thái lát mỏng. Tỏi băm nhuyễn. Hành lá cắt khúc cỡ 2 - 3cm. Sau đó ướp thịt heo với 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, tiêu, 1 muỗng cà phê dầu hào và 2/3 chỗ sả ớt vừa làm rồi để khoảng 15 - 20 phút cho thấm gia vị.
Làm nóng chào với dầu ăn, cho hành tỏi băm vào phi thơm rồi thả sả vào đảo đều. Tiếp đó cho thịt heo đã ướp vào xào, đến khi thịt gần chín thì nêm nước mắm, gia vị cho vừa miệng, thêm hành lá vào rồi tắt bếp.
Bày thịt heo xào ra dĩa rồi ăn cùng cơm trắng. Bữa cơm gia đình sẽ ngon miệng hơn với món thịt ba chỉ xào sả ớt cay cay, thơm lừng và đậm đà này đấy. Lưu lại công thức rồi nấu thử bạn nhé.
